We use Advanced Encryption Standards and Transport Layer Securities to safeguard your data against tampering and unauthorized access during storage or sharing with those you have granted access. Your data is highly encrypted and immutable.
We verify the authenticity of a person or business before onboarding using the world’s most sophisticated multi-step process. This includes facial recognition and liveness tests to directly and irrefutably match your physical identity with your digital identity, in real-time.
Our platform sits on Azure Cloud, with the highest levels of security, privacy, compliance and availability. We protect against any cyberattack or unauthorized access attempt and automatically maintain a history when you access or change your documents.
Your private, authenticated credentials and documents are safely stored using a multi-factor approach to eliminate the risk of unauthorized access or hacking. You control who accesses your credentials, when they are granted access, and for how long.
Identity theft is on the rise with AI having the capability to easily create new identities or steal existing ones. Wault requires individuals to pass liveness checks. Hackers are deterred from the liveness test, because they're not willing to show their faces.
Hackers who use AI can easily create fake government IDs. However, these criminals are left with no options to obtain the identity of someone who possesses a Wault ID. While it's easy for a hacker or AI bot to create a fake email and phone number, Wault takes it a step further with authentication that can't be forged.
Wault's software is able to promptly detect if a hacker is attempting to forge multiple identities. If modern day social media platforms like Meta and Twitter were to adopt Wault's technology, instances of personal profiles being duplicated by humans and bots would be a thing of the past.
It's time we end deceptive attempts of humans and bots on the internet who are stealing identities and running scams. Wault has the ability to bring order and civility to the chaotic reality of the modern digital landscape. Join us in cleaning up the internet from bad actors once and for all.

Regulation CF allows investors to invest in startups and early-growth companies. This is different from helping a company raise money on Kickstarter; with Regulation CF Offerings, you aren’t buying products or merchandise – you are buying a piece of a company and helping it grow.
Accredited investors can invest as much as they want. But if you are NOT an accredited investor, your investment limit depends on either your annual income or net worth, whichever is greater. If the number is less than $124,000, you can only invest 5% of it. If both are greater than $124,000 then your investment limit is 10%.
To calculate your net worth, just add up all of your assets and subtract all of your liabilities (excluding the value of the person’s primary residence). The resulting sum is your net worth.
We cannot give tax advice, and we encourage you to talk with your accountant or tax advisor before making an investment.
Individuals over 18 years of age can invest.
There will always be some risk involved when investing in a startup or small business. And the earlier you get in the more risk that is usually present. If a young company goes out of business, your ownership interest could lose all value. You may have limited voting power to direct the company due to dilution over time. You may also have to wait about five to seven years (if ever) for an exit via acquisition, IPO, etc. Because early-stage companies are still in the process of perfecting their products, services, and business model, nothing is guaranteed. That’s why startups should only be part of a more balanced, overall investment portfolio.
Wymsical Inc. is a privately held company, and its shares are not traded on a public stock exchange. As a result, the shares cannot be easily traded or sold. As an investor in a private company, you typically receive a return on your investment under the following two scenarios: The company gets acquired by another company. The company goes public (makes an initial public offering on the NASDAQ, NYSE, or another exchange). In those instances, you receive your pro-rata share of the distributions that occur, in the case of acquisition, or you can sell your shares on the exchange. It can take 5-7 years (or longer) to see a distribution or trading, as it takes years to build companies. In many cases, there will not be any return as a result of business failure. Investments in private placements and start-up investments in particular are speculative and involve a high degree of risk, and those investors who cannot afford to lose their entire investment should not invest in start-ups. Companies seeking startup investments tend to be in earlier stages of development, and their business model, products and services may not yet be fully developed, operational or tested in the public marketplace. There is no guarantee that the stated valuation and other terms are accurate or in agreement with the market or industry valuations. Additionally, investors on Regulation CF offerings will receive securities that are subject to holding period requirements. The most sensible investment strategy for start-up investing may include a balanced portfolio of different start-ups. Start-ups should only be part of your overall investment portfolio. Investments in startups are highly illiquid and those investors who cannot hold an investment for the long term (at least 5-7 years) should not invest.

At a minimum, the company will be filing with the SEC and posting on it’s website an annual report, along with certified financial statements. Those should be available 120 days after the fiscal year end. If the company meets a reporting exception, or eventually has to file more reported information to the SEC, the reporting described above may end. If these reports end, you may not continually have current financial information about the company.
Once an offering ends, the company may continue its relationship with DealMaker Securities for additional offerings in the future. DealMaker Securities’ affiliates may also provide ongoing services to the company. There is no guarantee any services will continue after the offering ends.
